We're looking for a new Finance Manager to join our buzzing hive! 🐝

What you’ll bring with you:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management, reporting, and budgeting ( scale-up experience is a big plus!)
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) – you’ll be working in an international environment
• Proven experience in leading and managing finance/accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and global financial reporting standards
• Experience with budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Experience in M&A and fundraising OR desire to get these muscles ready to flex
• Fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and financial tools
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Great communication skills, especially when working cross-functionally
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed

How you’ll make an impact:

• Take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage monthly and annual closing processes and reporting
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial sustainability
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decisions with data-driven insights
• Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Implement and improve financial systems and internal controls
