We are looking for a team member for our Customer Service Team.


What you’ll bring with you


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience in customer service preferably at an HR-Tech, B2B SaaS or related multinational company is preferred 
  • Proficiency in English which includes written and verbal skills is a must
  • Being a great communicator and problem solver
  • Customer-oriented and able to establish a robust relationship with the assigned customer base
  • Self-motivated, proactive teammate with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Passionate for working in a dynamic startup culture and team work environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are must


How you’ll make an impact



  • Managing customers contacts, inbound and outbound, through various contact channels such as telephone, email, what’s app and live chat
  • Reporting incoming calls and processes to the manager
  • Supporting the solution of user requests which came to the support management program
  • Following up the support management process
  • Providing support for tasks in the Wellbees management panel 
  • Being  the first contact for the customers’ questions & problems and solve the issue directly or assign to the relevant team
  • Generating customer service reports with best practices and recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback
  • Supporting the remote operation processes of the operations team, when possible
