We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized CEO Office to support our CEO. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the executive office and requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks with ease. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for making an impact, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll bring with you

• Excellent English speaking skills
• Good level of MS Office programs and Google workspace
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
• Passionate for working in a dynamic startup culture and teamwork environment

How you’ll make an impact

• Supporting the CEO on daily tasks
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
• Organize communication and cadences between the CEO and all functions
• Provide ad-hoc and recurring business reports/analysis by integrating findings and generating data-based insights to CEO, with the collaboration of departments
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Marketing research in our growth markets 
• Benchmark research for new strategies
