Why do we have a general application

Sometimes Wellbees team needs a new team member we didn't foresee. Sometimes we cannot make two equal teams for a party game or there are times that one of us cannot find someone to tell a brelliant idea. Maybe you are that person and we have been looking for you for years and this application is the chance for us to meet.
