We're seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager who will spearhead collaborations with health insurance companies, driving impactful partnerships and growth.


What you’ll bring with you


  • At least 6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or a similar field
  • Ability to speak English at an advanced level
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term growth plans
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, financial data, and business opportunities
  • Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis
  • Improve customer engagement, and satisfaction, prevent any churn, and increase the lifetime value of the existing customer base
  • Ability to develop joint strategic sales plans for increased revenue and market share
  • Passionate about working in a dynamic startup culture and teamwork environment


Key differentiators

  • HR Tech sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in global B2B SaaS, or technology sales is a plus
  • Experience in partnership management with health insurance companies in MENA Region


How you’ll make an impact


  • Formulate business development plans
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies and initiatives to drive partnership business growth
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action
  • Conduct market research to understand partnership opportunities and trends
  • Ensure the completion of projects by supporting the sales team
