We serve over 250,000 employees across 100+ companies in more than 100 countries, and we’re just getting started! To continue our growth, we’re looking for a passionate Account Executive based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to bring the power of Wellbees to even more organizations in the region. 

🌟 What You'll Bring With You

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology solutions
• Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and verbal
• Currently residing in Jeddah 
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in leading discovery calls, product demos, and closing deals
• Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM tools is a plus
• Passion for HR tech, wellness, and fast-paced environments

🚀 How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own and grow a pipeline of mid-to-large B2B clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region
• Conduct prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
• Understand client needs and demonstrate how Wellbees can address key HR and well-being challenges
• Lead the entire sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success for a seamless client journey
• Attend and represent Wellbees at relevant industry events and conferences
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients
