🎯 Your Role
- Generate new business opportunities across Qatar
- Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
- Conduct product demos and client presentations (online & face-to-face)
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Update CRM with accurate sales activities and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding
🧩 What You Bring
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Native or professional-level Arabic proficiency
- Good command of English
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Qatar
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience selling HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Existing network within HR or corporate sector in Qatar
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
