🎯 Your Role

  • Generate new business opportunities across Qatar
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
  • Conduct product demos and client presentations (online & face-to-face)
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Update CRM with accurate sales activities and forecasts
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding

🧩 What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Native or professional-level Arabic proficiency
  • Good command of English
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Qatar
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience selling HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
  • Existing network within HR or corporate sector in Qatar
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
