What You’ll Bring with You

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Statutory accounting
• IFRS reporting and R&D project experience are pluses
• Good command of English (written and spoken), especially for communicating in financial contexts with global teams and clients
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and time management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoice processing and bookkeeping
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and perform account reconciliations with customers and suppliers
• Handle monthly closings and prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Monitor and manage tax-related tasks such as VAT returns and communication with financial advisors
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, purchasing) and respond to finance-related needs
• Support government incentive applications for tech and software initiatives
