What You’ll Bring with You
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Statutory accounting
- IFRS reporting and R&D project experience are pluses
- Good command of English (written and spoken), especially for communicating in financial contexts with global teams and clients
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and time management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage daily accounting operations, including invoice processing and bookkeeping
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable and perform account reconciliations with customers and suppliers
- Handle monthly closings and prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Monitor and manage tax-related tasks such as VAT returns and communication with financial advisors
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, purchasing) and respond to finance-related needs
- Support government incentive applications for tech and software initiatives
