We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growth-focused B2B HR tech startup.

What you’ll bring with you

• Familiar with CRMs, prospecting and data tools and business applications such as Hubspot (key tool for your work), Salesforce, LeadIQ, LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint, etc is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Understanding of customer pain points and business value
• Ownership, action-oriented mindset, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-up ability
• Fearless, innovative, and passionate about startup culture

How you’ll make an impact

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Demonstrate the value of our offering through various means of outbound work, including but not limited to phone calls, email, Linkedin, and other mediums and tactics
• Collaborate on strategic target accounts
• Schedule appointments and demos for Sales Managers
• Maintain accurate data in our CRM (Hubspot)
• Support company presence at events
