🌍 Your Mission & Impact

  • Lead and execute our global sales strategy with end-to-end ownership
  • Build, manage, and accelerate a high-quality pipeline across target regions
  • Act as both strategic leader and active seller, joining key enterprise deals and unlocking new markets
  • Shape and optimize our go-to-market approach, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Contribute to digital marketing, demand generation, and funnel performance to increase brand visibility and inbound traction
  • Forecast sales volumes, set quotas, and build scalable sales operations and reporting
  • Strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and grow lifetime value
  • Represent Wellbees at industry events, conferences, and partner initiatives

🧩 What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in global B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Strong record of achievement in hitting (and exceeding) targets and winning major deals
  • Experience contributing to or leading go-to-market initiatives and growth strategies
  • Bonus: Experience working with digital marketing, demand generation, or sales–marketing alignment
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • High self-discipline and ownership in distributed, fast-paced teams
  • Customer-centric approach with expertise in upsell, retention, and value expansion

Key differentiators:

HR Tech experience, early-stage startup success, experience with process-driven sales methodologies
