We’re seeking an energetic Event Sales Executive to join our growth-focused HR Tech startup in Türkiye!
What You’ll Bring with You:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within HR Tech, training, or events industry.
- Proven track record of creating and closing sales opportunities.
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Skilled at preparing proposals, managing cost budgets, and negotiating deals.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can also take ownership.
- Network of third-party providers and experts in the field is a plus.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Meet with new and existing clients to identify opportunities and create sales leads.
- Prepare proposals for major events and training projects.
- Find and engage with third-party providers and experts to enrich offerings.
- Manage cost budgets, follow up on proposals, and close deals.
- Guide the operations team for smooth execution after sales are closed.
- Continuously bring fresh ideas and solutions to strengthen Wellbees’ presence in the HR Tech space.
