As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business growth in Saudi Arabia. This role is highly sales-focused, targeting enterprise and mid-market companies, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships.

🌍 Your Mission & Impact

  • Drive new business sales in the Saudi Arabia market
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closing
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for HR leaders and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and position Wellbees’ solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams when needed
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM updates
  • Represent Wellbees in client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings


🧩 What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong hunter mindset with hands-on prospecting skill
  • Currently residing in Riyadh or Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Native or professional-level Arabic + good English proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High ownership and ability to work remotely
