As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business growth in Saudi Arabia. This role is highly sales-focused, targeting enterprise and mid-market companies, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships.

🌍 Your Mission & Impact
- Drive new business sales in the Saudi Arabia market
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and demos for HR leaders and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and position Wellbees’ solutions effectively
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams when needed
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM updates
- Represent Wellbees in client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
🧩 What You Bring
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong hunter mindset with hands-on prospecting skill
- Currently residing in Riyadh or Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Native or professional-level Arabic + good English proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High ownership and ability to work remotely
