We’re now looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to support our global sales efforts and build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales.

🌟 What You’ll Bring With You

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome)
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or startups
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Curious mindset with the ability to understand customer pain points
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, email, LinkedIn, spreadsheets)
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools is a plus but not required.

🚀 How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the global sales team by identifying and qualifying new leads
• Conduct outbound activities via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Research target accounts and key decision-makers
• Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot)
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Conduct customer demo meetings when required
• Learn the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Represent Wellbees’ value proposition with confidence and clarity
